Ruff Start New Beginnings was started because of some very kind people that believed even though a dog started out with a rough life, they could find the right place and love and be loved.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the retreat has closed it's doors. While the 2000 goal hasn't been met, we ask you all to do what you can and help those around you. Whether it's a foster, a share or someone passing along the message, continue to help and give hope to those who started out Ruff and offer them a new beginning.
